O-Kan Outfitters Hunting Guides
Whitetail Deer
O-Kan Outfitters maintains properties in 3 counties of Oklahoma (Woods, Major & Woodward.) This region of the state is known for producing Boone & Crocket Bucks. Some tippin the scales of over 200. In the last 3 years hunters have harvested 5 B&C class bucks off our properties. For the nonresidents, there is no draw needed for tags. They can be purchased directly over the counter during the season with an unlimited number which are available.
O-Kan Outfitters had a 95% success rate for the past 2005-2006 Whitetail Season, not many outfitters can say that. We had the pleasure of hosting on of the leading Outdoor Writers in the industry, Michael Hanback. Mike has featured O-Kan outfitters as on of the leading 3 part articles for the month of January on Mossy Oak’s Website, titled story (Oklahoma Rattle Trap). Coming this fall O-Kan will be featured on OLN’s Whitetail Xtreme, hosted by Michael Hanback. Mike wil be returning next season for a follow up Rifle Hunt. We are looking forward to it!!!
OKLAHOMA BIG BUCK BONANZA
This outfitter had fifteen rifle hunters last season and took fourteen bucks scoring from 125 to 163 B&C green score. Hunting takes place on nearly 10,000 acres of prime river bottom country. What make this area so good for producing big bucks is the fact that it sits very near the Kansas border. With over 5 miles of river frontage this property is some of the best in Oklahoma. Right across the river sits over 15,000 acres of prime ground that goes unhunted! It's basically a private refuge. Last season the outfitter hosted Michael Hanback of the new Versus series Whitetail Revolution and he had an awesome hunt. One of the guides rattled in a beautiful mature nine point buck. That's right these guys will take you spot and stalk hunting and rattling! If you want to go on an awesome fair chase hunt this is the hunt for you!

TRUE TROPHY KANSAS BRUISER BUCKS
In our opinion Kansas is currently the best state to take a Pope & Young Whitetail. There are several factors, such as population of mature deer, expansive acres of prime habitat, limited hunting pressure, and archery only hunting during the peak of the rut. Rifle season takes place during the post rut, in late November into the first of December. You will be hunting the areas where the guides have access to some of the best land in Kansas. We are mobile as well, if one area is not producing we will move you to another. These guides pride themselves on being trophy deer hunters and look forward to helping you harvest a buck of a lifetime! Hurry we limit these hunts to the month of November and only take 2-6 hunters per each season.
